Presidents Message
I am pleased to have been elected for a second term as President of NAIW
of Northern New Jersey.
NAIW has served as such as an inspiration in my daily personal life as
well as the career path I have assumed within the Insurance industry.
My background consists of ten(1) years within the Insurance industry and
during the entire time I have been employed at The NIA Group, LLC at the
Paramus, NJ location. I
hold a New Jersey Life/Health/Accident license and my responsibilities
within the Employee Benefits Department has grown from an Administrative
Manager to currently serving in the capacity as Contract, Licensing and
Outsourcing Manager. I have
recently obtained my HIPAA Designation and am now working on my
Administrative Insurance Management designation.
NAIW has served as a stepping-stone for my individual goals and can also
assist you with setting your career goals.
Establishing your objectives can prove to be a powerful process
for thinking about your future, and for motivating yourself to turn this
vision of the future into a reality.
By taking advantage of the many opportunities NAIW offers its members
you will discover that your self-confidence will develop faster.
What better means of attaining self-confidence other than
becoming more involved within your local Association.
Through the education, professionalism and mentoring you can promote
yourself to the next level within your career.
Take advantage of these opportunities offered through NAIW of

active mind is also a healthy mind.
I have chosen the theme of
“Ticket to Fly”.
As Eddie Rickenbacker has said “Aviation is proof that given the
will we can do the impossible.”
I have held numerous positions within NAIW of Northern New
Jersey, as a Chairperson for Regional
Conference as well as on our local Association as Chairperson and
on the Board of Directors for several years.
In this upcoming 2009-2010 term I will be serving as Membership
Chair at the State Level.
Yes you too can fulfill all your dreams, let NAIW be your source of
strength to develop your skills, share your ideas and develop your
education.
